Leanne worked 40 yrs as an RN on a variety of hospital units including ICU, Hospice, Med/Surg, Education and Obstetrics. Opened 1st Single-room Maternity Care in St. Paul. L&D-Post Partum mgr; Human Resources Recruiter; Led closure of 2 hospitals; assisted with placement of laid off workers, and fought for fair and respectful treatment of employees; Management Trainer for 15 years; Taught and consulted on conflict resolution for organization staff. Graduated from St. Luke’s Nursing in Duluth in 1976; BSN at Metro State University in 1997; 2 years toward a Masters in Writing. ‘The Coaches Training Institute’ for Personal Coaching. Taught an RN Refresher course for 5 years at Normandale Community College in Bloomington. Certified in Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), TKI, CDP assessments for individuals and groups.
